Scratch - Low Resolution for Imported Images Solution

There is a hassle in Scratch. When we import an image, the resolution is usually very poor, regardless of the image format (BMP is actually not compatible with Scratch) and file size.

The best method I found till yet is to convert an image to SVG format with the free software Inkscape. Below are the screenshots of the jpeg and converted svg images displayed in Scratch full screen mode. The resolution of the imported SVG is significantly improved, though not 100% sharp compared to the original jpeg.
